It sprays light like an led attached to a phone. It does this very quickly.

I like the new look of the app and the dimming feature of the flashlight but I wish the strobe feature would flash more rapidly when set for the most flashes per second.

It is basic and easy to use. I use it almost every night to avoid stubbing my toe on the bed or turning on a light and waking up my husband. It takes a while to turn on (10 seconds after opening the app), but is still great!

It works just like a basic flashlight as I expected. I use it all the time.
